About
"Life before death, strength before weakness, journey before destination. The Knights Radiant have returned!"
Stormlight Archives: Brandon Sanderson's NEW Cosmere RPG
After Bridge 9’s disastrous expedition into the Shattered Plains, the survivors of the chasmfiend attack take refuge in a storm shelter. Rain hammers against the stone walls as they are confronted by Sadeas' guards. Accused of the murder of Captain Selinar, the group is split apart. Some are dragged to the lumberyards to serve as bridgemen, while others are taken away for further interrogation.
Unbeknownst to them, these events have drawn the attention of the elusive organization known as the Ghostbloods… for better or for worse.

Meet your Game Master.

Hello! My name is Derrick. I've been playing ttrpgs for about 15 years now. In my friend group I was always the one most excited to play. So, of course I was stuck with the role of forever DM. That's okay though, because I usually prefer DMing anyway!
I have the most experience in 5e and Star Wars D20. I'm looking forward to expanding my systems and playing games like Cosmere RPG, Call of Cthulu, Power Rangers TTRPG, and The Last Airbender RPG. Keep a lookout for those systems showing up on Mythic Hall! I also love building stuff, and I almost always have some sort of set piece for my games. I love encouraging role play from my players when I DM and I like to tell cool stories together. I'm typically pretty rules light but depending on the system and crew that of course can change. At the end of the day, rule of cool always wins out for me!
Game Details
Bring your character and mini: build a level 2 character built in Demiplane. Otherwise a pre-generated character can be provided. Players who played the first session may bring the same character leveled up to 2.
No experience necessary. We love teaching!
Ticket is for all 1 session on the date/time listed above.
Just a few rules for character creation: Please do not give your character any means of scaling the cliff faces of chasms (climbing gear, grappling hook, or adhesion surges). Since you'll be escaping from the chasms and we don't want it to be too easy on you! :) When you build your character, keep in mind why your character will be on an Alethi expedition to the Shattered Plains. Are you a bridgemen? Perhaps a scholar studying the monstrous chasmfiends? Build a backstory that works for this setting. If you wish to make your character a listener, we'll have to take extra care in implementing you into the party. You may join partway into session, or perhaps you are a parshmen slave under the Alethi.
What should I bring?
One set of dice (though a hoard is never frowned upon)
Note-taking supplies (pencil or pen and notebook or paper)
Anything else? We have a small physical storefront with dice, notebooks and other fun stuff we're sure you'll love. So, if you forget your dice, or find a set you fancy in our collection we will have some available for purchase.
