Hall Rules & Adventurer Guidelines
Ticketing & Refund Policy
Our Game Masters put a lot of time and resources into preparing for each game and class session. Because of this, no refunds will be allowed without proper notice.
-
If you cannot make a session, please let us know as soon as you can via EMAIL or our Contact Form only. We do not often check Discord, socials, Sending spells and Messages.
-
Player Cancellations made prior to 48 hours may be eligible for rescheduling or refund, at our discretion.
-
After that, all bookings are NON-refundable within 48 hours of the scheduled session.
-
No-shows or late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in forfeited tickets without refund.
-
Excessive cancellations or no-shows will result in limited access and potential Warding.
Session Changes or Cancellations
We will always do our best to ensure games and sessions happen as scheduled. However, there are some rare circumstances that may mandate a change or cancellation beyond our control.
-
Cancellation will be notified via EMAIL ONLY. So, watch your email right up to game time and make sure our emails are not going into spam. We will not call, text, cast Sending, Skywrite or post on socials.
-
Weather, travel conditions and acts of gods or demigods may mandate a cancellation beyond our control.
-
If a DM/GM is sick, Unconcious or unable to run the game, we reserve the right to substitute a DM/GM Doppleganger and will do our best to run the same (or similar) game as ticketed. We prefer to run something than cancel. However, some games and systems may be DM/GM specific. As such, games may be cancelled for such reason.
-
Some games require a minimum seat count. If a game has less than that minimum, we reserve the right to cancel.
Admission Policy
Our priority is to ensure an immersive and distraction-free environment for all players.
-
Entry is strictly limited to ticketed participants only. We pride ourselves in building an environment where players can feel free to be themselves without being observed by non-players and the distractions that can cause. Non-ticketed visitors (including spouses, children, or friends) are not permitted in game rooms or common areas.
-
One ticket per person, per session unless otherwise noted on multi-session events.
-
Players may arrive up to 30 minutes prior to game time and up to 15 minutes after game time. After that, we cannot guarantee entry.
-
Admission does not (currently) have a general age restriction. However, always be aware of age-related content warnings which are posted on each game listing.
-
We reserve the right to disallow entry due to any that pose distractions or safety concerns.

Immersion & Respect for the Experience
Mythic Hall is designed to be a fully immersive environment. We ask all guests to:
-
Respect the space, props, and atmosphere. Much of this is hand-made, irreplaceable or true antiques.
-
Remain engaged and mindful of other players’ experiences.
-
Disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.
Guest Comfort & Hygiene
-
To ensure a pleasant shared environment, guests are expected to maintain basic personal hygiene. Please arrive in a clean and considerate state, especially considering our close, table-based sessions.
-
Strong odors including excessive fragrances can impact the group experience and should be avoided. Same goes for food.
Content Warnings
Mythic Hall games are an IMPROVISED experience. Every game, game runner and player is different. Please know it may be possible that some subjects could arise during game play, through the game content or via the other players at the table.
-
ALL GAMES will list content warnings at the bottom of each event page. Make sure to read those and assume that is just a guideline as other subjects can come up beyond our control.
-
We utilize SAFE Gameplay tools such as the Deck of Player Safety to ensure subject matters are appropriately used at the table and help ensure fun and inclusive gameplay for all.
-
While we do not, currently, wish to restrict our space to age, you should know that adult content could arise. As a parent, we suggest assuming all content is PG-13 unless otherwise stated.
-
If you choose to bring your child, we assume you are aware of these warnings.

We are Ever Evolving.
As a new project venture, we are keen to evolve as we level up. As such, these rules will change and adjust as we learn and come across new situations and we reserve the right to do so without notice.

Bottom line:
We're nice people. We're here for fun, games and creativity. We don't like being heavy handed with rules and truly hate having to have uncomfortable talks.

NEW RULES are, generally, made because someone broke one. So, don't break rules and we won't have to create new ones.
