About

Statement Begins...

Three identical men have been appearing around a series of disturbing incidents, seemingly targeting a single victim and leaving behind gaps in his life that no one can explain. The only known eyewitness, Randy Carter, may hold the key to understanding what happened—but Randy has vanished, leaving the investigation with more questions than answers.

As the characters dig deeper, their search brings them face-to-face with the strange figures themselves, and eventually into a place that seems to exist somewhere beyond the familiar world. Trapped in an environment where nothing behaves quite the way it should, the characters will have to rely on one another to uncover the rules of this strange place, find their way home, and hopefully ensure they never have to encounter the mirrored men again.

  • Game System: The Magnus Archives RPG / Cypher System

  • Experience Level: 🟩 No experience necessary. This is a LEARN-TO-PLAY event and we love teaching!

The Magnus Archives RPG is based on the podcast of the same name. Focusing on ordinary people encountering things that are deeply, fundamentally wrong, the system is designed around mystery and character driven horror. Mechanically, it is about investigation and consequences over simply trying to win a fight.

"An immersive tabletop gaming experience like no other!"

Meet your Game Master.

Howdy, I'm SP or 'Boggs'. I’ve been playing RPGs for the better part of 10 years. I mainly run Dungeons and Dragons but I have a massive collection of games of all shapes and sizes I like to run. I've had a career based on teaching and I'm most thrilled to teach games. You may have seen or heard me at SeaQuest during education sessions and tours. So, animals are a passion. Ask me anything about animals. I'll have an answer. And feel free to ask me about my favorite penguin!

Game Details

  • You can create and bring your own character. Otherwise, pre-generated characters will be provided.

  • No experience necessary. We love teaching!
