The village of Bramblehook hasn’t slept in days. Every night, just as the last lanterns dim and the fog rolls in from the treeline, the goblins come. Fences are splintered. Villagers and livestock are slain and left to rot. The guards are exhausted, morale is cracking, and the next attack feels like it might be the one that finally breaks them.

That’s where you come in. Hired as last-minute defenders, you have one day to turn a frightened farming village into something that can survive the night. Rally jittery townsfolk into a militia, reinforce weak points in the defenses, set clever traps in the surrounding woods, and uncover why these goblins are so relentless. Are they starving… or serving something far more dangerous?

As dusk falls, your preparations will be tested. Every decision matters: where you placed defenses, who you trusted with a weapon, and what risks you took before the sun went down.

A Single One-Shot Game Session

This private session will be about 3 hours playing with one of our community Game Masters in the most immersive and private setting of Mythic Hall. You'll have plenty of one-on-one time with the Game Master and enjoy the times with your party of adventurers. Bring your party and friends or make new ones at the table.

Hello! My name is Derrick. I've been playing ttrpgs for about 15 years now. In my friend group I was always the one most excited to play. So, of course I was stuck with the role of forever DM. That's okay though, because I usually prefer DMing anyway!

I have the most experience in 5e and Star Wars D20. I'm looking forward to expanding my systems and playing games like Cosmere RPG, Call of Cthulu, Power Rangers TTRPG, and The Last Airbender RPG. Keep a lookout for those systems showing up on Mythic Hall! I also love building stuff, and I almost always have some sort of set piece for my games. I love encouraging role play from my players when I DM and I like to tell cool stories together. I'm typically pretty rules light but depending on the system and crew that of course can change. At the end of the day, rule of cool always wins out for me!

Game Details

• Bring your character and mini or use ours for ease: you can create a Level 3 D&D 2024 compatible character built in D&D Beyond. Otherwise, pre-generated characters will also be available.

• Ticket is for all 1 session on the date/time listed above.

What should I bring?

• One set of dice (though a hoard is never frowned upon)

• Bring your character sheet ready to play or DnDBeyond app. Otherwise, pre-made character sheets will be provided.

• Bring your character miniature. If you don’t have one we can 3D print one for you! Design it yourself at Hero Forge and we can have it ready for you at the table.

• Note-taking supplies (pencil or pen and notebook or paper)

• Anything else? We have a small physical storefront with dice, notebooks and other fun stuff we're sure you'll love. So, if you forget your dice, or find a set you fancy in our collection we will have some available for purchase.
