Game Master Meetup 1

What is happening?

So many awesome Dungeon Masters and Game Masters sent us messages wanting to run games at Mythic Hall. So, we figured, why not try and get them all together at once to learn about what we're up to, meet new friends and connect with other gamers.

In short, it's a meetup of game masters.

We'll meet at Mythic Hall in our flagship room. You'll get to see the space (still quite a bit 'under construction') and hear about plans for the near future. But we won't talk your ear off because we want to learn about you!

To help us test our event management and booking system, please RSVP below. It's free and will create an account for all future events and games. Especially if you plan to GM here, it will earn you a 'Game Master' badge in our listing.

Where at?

Mythic Hall

918 Commerce Street

Lynchburg, VA

(3rd floor of the Ghost HQ building)

Free parking on the street or garage across from our building.

When?

• Wednesday, August 20 at 6pm

• You may arrive as early as 5:45

• Late-comers may not be able to come up as our door locks automatically at 6pm

What should I bring?

• Just yourself and a yearning to meeting fellow gamers and friends

• An understanding that we are still in 'construction mode'

• Maybe something to take notes

Important Notes!

• We ask for NO PHOTOS, VIDEO OR AUDIO RECORDING of Mythic Hall at this time since we are still under construction and trying to keep some mystery to some elements of the space

• The PARKING IS FREE after 5pm weekdays and all weekend in the garage across from us or on the street.

• This meeting is intended for ONLY THOSE WHO APPLIED and received an email invite due to space and time constraints. There will be plenty of future events to invite friends, family and partners.
